Development of a Canine Chiari Pain (CM-P) and syringomyelia (SM) specific diagnostic and quality of life tracking tool.

Prof. Clare Rusbridge and Dr Mariam Cirovic University of Surrey

This project is developing customised software that will triage the likelihood of CM-P and inform the owner and vet the likelihood of CM-P before recommendation for expensive diagnostic tests. Ultimately, we aim to combine this diagnostic tool to a generic and validated Health Related Quality of Life (HRQoL) to create a CM-P specific HRQoL tool.
